I had been anxiously awaiting it's arrival but was rather highly disappointed with the product after trying to use it the first time. I did not like the fact that it continuously pulled my hair out with each curl attempt due to the plastic teeth and having soft, straight as a string hair I wouldn't think that my hair would get stuck in the teeth at all. I feel this product is more damaging to hair than any hair tool I have ever used and think a styling tool like this should have soft Bristol teeth in
place of the hard teeth it actually has. I will not recommend this styling tool product as I feel the damage to your hair is overwhelming and completely unnecessary. I do not want a refund as it is a waste of my time to package it back up and shipping it back, the trash bin is better suited for it . instead of wasting other people's time and money, I would suggest taking it off the market. i waited excitedly from March 12th until the 24th for a total let down and it doesn't give an option of giving it no stars I don't feel it even deserves a star at all

These are for people with longer hair not short but other than that they are Nice
