Shipping Options:

You have the flexibility to choose standard shipping based on your order items and location. Keep in mind that as your orders might be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available at every step.

Shipping Address:

Ensure that you provide the correct and up-to-date address for shipping and delivery. While P.O. boxes can be used as shipping addresses, certain items may only be deliverable to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, items with age-based restrictions, or those shipped via private carriers might require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation for successful delivery. Some sellers may specify in product listings that they are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Additionally, deliveries cannot be made to security-restricted areas like military bases.

Shipping Time and Cost:

1. After a successful order payment and confirmation, you'll find the estimated delivery time and cost on your order confirmation page. An order confirmation message will also indicate the estimated processing time for your order.

2. The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order, and you'll be notified once it's shipped.

3. Upon shipment, you'll receive a notification specifying the estimated delivery time for each package. We'll provide you with the tracking number when ready, and you can check the estimated delivery time under each package in your order history.

4. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time. However, the actual delivery date might be influenced by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.

Delivery Issues:

If your package hasn't been delivered, or if the tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service promptly and within 90 days of the order date.
