I normally wear a size 28 but I bought a 26 because I wanted this for swimming in and didn't want it too baggy. the shirt fits great and the length is good. the shorts are still a bit too baggy for my taste but they are very comfortable and I've used them for sleeping. I will probably just buy a size down for swimming and keep these ones for sleeping 😴
