some helpful tips- these pics were the first attempt and I will say if you use the scraper / paddle to clear the meat from the two raised dividers (in the first picture) the the meatballs come off much easier. the meatballs come off a little square but after I move them around a bit to fry them they were round. my first attempt I just thought I would try on a roll of sausage and it's much easier if the meet you are using is loose, the sausage roll was packed too tight and I was not able to smear onto the holder, I had to just unpack it some and make it a bit looser
