Exactly as described on the markabu site and I hope that it will work well on my shoulders, neck and back. I was surprised that it came with instructions. It is gray and the fabric is a soft velour material, the part around the neck has three snaps in order for you to adjust to your liking and two straps attach to secure around your waist. Hope this works on easing my tension and muscles. Will update once I've tried it 😊. Finally tried it and it works great, snap around your neck and tie the straps around your waist and relax and feel the heat on your back, neck and shoulders. Highly recommend 😊

This heating pad is an absolute lifesaver!! Multiple heat and time options, and I love the way it wraps around the neck and gos down the back!! It’s perfect!! Welll worth it!!
