love everything to do with this. looks exactly as pictured. beautiful ceramic tea infusion cup with lid and wooden handle. Absolutely fabulous. Got it as a birthversary present, and I could not be more pleased

So the cup itself and the lid look good, but the tea infuser inside was completely shattered. I’m honestly not sure how you broke that without damaging the rest of the cup. Love the cup itself tho, very pretty, but be warned it is Not microwave safe

Would be amazing if it wasn’t broken when it got here. I probably won’t use Markabuanymore after this. Won’t refund unless I return. Who has the time for that.
