The box looks great but unfortunately it arrived broken 😩 and the delivery was delayed😭

I am leaving a 4-star because one of the side locks/clips arrived broken, but I was issued a refund. Besides this, the lunch box heats up the food well and in about 30mins. It does the job.

I hope it works.I'll keep reporting.for now it looks good
